OVERVIEW

The Rhombus 1.5 Year Management Trainee Programme is designed to accommodate each individual’s training needs, previous working experience, personal objectives, and career aspirations. We provide a platform aiming to enhance the young talent’s personal growth, enabling them to become successful with a future career at Rhombus International Hotels Group.

OBJECTIVES

 

We recruit and train young talents to develop them into future managers at
Rhombus Group.
During the one-year programme, the Management Trainee will undergo intensive professional development, on-the-job training and assignments in different business units.

• Degree holder or above, preferably in hotel management/hospitality
